Some of the changes I plan to do are:
1. Make druggy, Mafia, and cop bases destructible (I.E. create a point to the game by making the destruction of bases a "win")
2. Eliminate the water area (in the bottom-left part of the map) and make it city. The water was not in the original LOAP and it detracts.
3. Name everything with text so people can actually find there way around.
4. Eliminate or change the "park" (the green area that does nothing).
5. Add some more items? buildings? (need suggestions for these).
6. Improve the terrain by eliminating big empty areas, detracting doodads, and by adding good doodads and making the city more citylike (Manhattan like).
7. Make the hospital a no-fight zone so there's no continuous ganking.
Please make suggestions and critique my planned changes.

1. This idea is good, but make sure the bases have alot of health.
2. I think moving the water would be good. Instead of the random coast maybe a lake?
3. I agree, areas should be named, and even roads, making it easier to get around.
4. I personally say leave the park, it is a good place for the druggy to do buisness.
5. I think remove some of the usless buildings and for items.....
-Take out some random ones
-Make items more sortable and more improvable (what i mean is for like, to increase attack, buy guns, to increase armor, buy body armor, to increase agility, buy boots, strength, buy gloves, and intel, maybe rings) I think this is good because it makes the buyers have an easier time sorting out what items they need and what they dont.

7. I agree, hospitol should be a no fight zone, buy then people will just sit outside the entrance ganking....|||ok i have 4 ideas
1-cars that respawn if killed and if run into damage unit but if its another car damage both.
2-job requirements like for mayor you need diploma or for thief u need special equipment.
3-making building destroyable, place a unit\doodad and if destroyed make it un-enterable.
4-random events like bank theifs(they run from bank to hide-out),animal escapes or wars.
