Gathering a team for a custom map

[:1]First off, let me start that this is going to be a long read. I'll give you a gist if you don't want to read all of it. I'm basically looking for anyone with custom map making skills, maybe it be triggers or graphics. If you are interested please post or email me at hollegrehen[at]gmail[dot]com

Starting with myself, I had some experience making custom maps but not to a level that I can fully say that would be that useful. Though I have knowledge of some programming, I haven't done any coding for a long time. But I am willing to learn and I'd be willing to put in the hours.

Now on to the idea of a map, I was thinking of a regular RTS + AoS hybrid. I was thinking of a system similar to battle realms where you don't "build" your units rather you evolve (or train if you will) them. It also works for heroes, basically you're constantly evolving units to make bigger and stronger armies.

For example, one of the factions I was thinking was Elves. You have one of the basic units, lets say archer. Now the archer can "enter" another structure and evolve (or train whichever you prefer) to let's say a huntress, but let's say you still want to evolve it further. You enter that huntress to another structure and that huntress becomes a champion (I'm giving random unit names here) but don't stop there, you want this champion to evolve yet again. You enter him to a certain structure, it becomes a hero. Let's say that Champion becomes a Priestess of the Moon. Now you're still not done yet, you still want to evolve it, you enter it to yet another structure to evolve it to a Matriarch of the Moon (just an example for an improved hero name). Basically it becomes bigger and better, but it comes with a price. Like it takes an awful amount of resources (including the long building time).

As for resources acquisition, I'd prefer it not be like a regular RTS where you mine for it. Instead there'd be tons of creep camps and you have to creep basically and find "alternative" ways of getting resources.

If anyone is interested, please let me know. Email me at hollegrehen[at]gmail[dot]com or you can just post here. Thanks
